The Course (Conflict Management) was informative, well-constructed and interactively presented making it good fun. What struck me personally was that all my activity in the last 3 years has been on Zoom Meetings. For me a face/face environment and the interaction it provided enhanced the experience. Looked at in that way training can be seen as not only a learning environment but also an “event” offering benefits over and beyond the initial subject.
